Attendance at IEPs

Ann Arbor CIL staff attend Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Person-Centered Planning (PCP) meetings for students at local schools when the students invite us. As students prepare to transition out of high school, our involvement in these meetings provides an opportunity for the students and their families to learn about services available in the community and to interact with adult role models who've already successfully transitioned from school to adult life.
