Tennis for All

University of Michigan Varsity Tennis Center

This is a FREE and FUN way to get some exercise and learn a sport to play with family and friends! In fact, bring them along! No experience is necessary. Open to people of all ages and abilities. Manual and power wheelchair users welcome.
Beginners are welcome to join anytime to learn basics, grip, strokes (forehand, backhand, and volley).
Returning athletes continue to learn proper strokes, serving, as well as, scoring and strategy.
Instruction is provided by experienced tennis pros. A Rehabilitation Engineer attends to assist with accommodations. Use our tennis equipment or bring your own.
