Community Needs Assessment Survey
The Ann Arbor Center for Independent Living is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the success of children, youth and adults with disabilities at home, at school, at work and in the community.
We are conducting an inclusive survey about the issues affecting Washtenaw residents. We want to make certain that the voice of those with and without disabilities are equally heard and reflected in programs, services, and policies. This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
